Overview
Neslihan is confused, and her illness is progressively worsening. Although Serhan tries to hide the situation from the whole family, Güven is particularly uneasy about it. Neslihan also tries to convince everyone that everything is normal, but she is actually preparing herself for the inevitable painful end. Therefore, her intention is to spend her remaining time happily with her entire family. However, Güven pressures Neslihan, insisting that she undergo a medical check-up. Yaman will be the one to take care of his mother during this entire process, and Neslihan feels cornered. She wants to keep her illness a secret from her family, but Yaman discovers the truth. He learns the reality... Yet, he will keep the promise he made to his mother.
